Orders are generally delivered on the shipping date one business day after your payment is confirmed. Once delivered to the logistics operator, you will receive the order within 1 to 5 business days.
- If the payment of your purchase is confirmed from Monday to Friday, the first business day is the day you receive the payment confirmation and from that day you have the delivery time.
- If the payment of your purchase is confirmed on Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, the delivery time is available from the next business day of the confirmation of your payment.
You should also keep in mind that only orders that occur before 4:00 pm count as the same day; any request that occurs after 4:00 p.m. it will be counted at its official delivery time from the next day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email informing you that it has already been delivered to the carrier.
Many carriers offer the option of tracking the shipment on their website, only with the shipping guide number can you obtain information on the status of your shipments.
The shipping cost will be determined in each particular case depending on the destination, weight and volume of the package. This value will be calculated in the purchase process and you will be informed at the time of order settlement, before you make the payment.

Do I want to change the delivery address?
To change the delivery address of your order, we ask that you please contact us through our email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or in our online store (https://www.3dsmartshop.com/pages/get-in -touch) in the 'GET IN TOUCH' form.
Why does my order have an additional delivery time?
For orders dispatched directly by our suppliers, delivery times vary and have additional delivery time. The products that this additional delivery applies to are duly marked and indicated directly on the product description page.
What happens if I am absent at the time of delivery?
Whoever receives the order at the address provided must be a person of legal age. To coordinate the delivery, you must send a support email to the advisor who is handling the claim.
What if they are going to deliver the order to me and no one is home?
If the order is not received at the address indicated after three visits by the carrier, customer service will contact you by phone and mail; If you do not respond after three attempts, the product will be returned to the warehouse you dispatched, your order will be canceled and the money-back process will begin.
Can I buy through the page and pick up at some fictional store?
Unfortunately, we do not have a physical store. We encourage our clients to use postal mail, but in some cases, clients have the option to purchase some products and send an email to (email@example.com) to coordinate the order pickup (only applies to residents of Puerto Rico). This service is completely free.
Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?
For store orders, a change of address within the same city is allowed, as long as the shipping guide has not been assigned.
What should I consider when receiving my order?
You should check the packaging very well and verify that it is in perfect condition in the company of the transporter before signing the guide. In case of showing a fault in the packaging, do not receive the product or sign the guide, if you sign without checking you will lose the right to claim.
Please note that you must contact us by sending an email to (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 24 hours of delivery, where you must provide complete and clear information, the advisor will request photographic evidence of the packaging and the product where you will have a maximum of 7 calendar days to send the photos; otherwise the claim will not be accepted.
